LADWP Residential EV Charging Station Rebate Program for Homeowners

The LADWP Residential EV Charging Station Rebate Program offers customers rebates to help offset the cost of purchasing and installing eligible charging stations for electric vehicles. LADWP electric utility customers with an active LADWP electric meter on a residential rate plan are eligible for a $1,000 Level 2 charging station rebate. Here are the detailed requirements and benefits.

EV Charging Benefits

Convenience: Home charging is one of the many perks of driving an electric vehicle. Instead of having to find and sit at a public charger, a level 2 home charger allow you to start the day with a full charge. Simply plug in when you get home and your vehicle will charge to full overnight.

Savings: You will able to schedule your charging sessions and monitor electricity usage with wi-fi enabled residential charging units. Plan your charging around your TOU schedule, and save on charging costs.

Say Goodbye to Range Anxiety: Instead of relying solely on public charging and having to contend with unpredictable wait times and broken chargers at public stations, EV home chargers require minimal upkeep while providing flexibility and a peace of mind by allowing owners to reliably start the day with a full charge.
